What students do we target?

Given the fast paced nature of the recruiting process of roles within finance, our main target audience for the FAST initiative are freshman spring and Sophomore Fall students. That said, we are open to students of all grades and majors, and are here to be used as a resource to help you get where you want to in the world of finance post-college.

The FAST Initiative works alongside with the Career Consultants at the Career Professional and Developmental Center to ensure that students can have the resources to help them succeed when interviewing
