This First Year Financial Student Analyst Program is designed to introduce freshmen to careers in high finance and provide a structured pathway to develop the technical, professional, and networking skills required for sophomore-year recruiting. Through required meetings, guided coursework, technical training, and career exploration, students will build a strong foundation that prepares them for internships and long-term success in finance-related roles. Our goal in creating this program is to create a professional development opportunity for Freshman within the industry to use on their resume.
